Attention!
The herbs will be cropped when the weather is well and dry, in the morning, after the dew had evaporated or in the afternoon. Don't crop herbs from polluted areas or from the chemical-treated grounds. After you had cropped them, don't wash them (excepting the roots, which they will be kept under cold water stream, until they will be cleaned; then cut them in small pieces and dry them).
To dry the herbs, put them on wood shields, in a dark, aerated place, at 20°C temperature, without dust. Some herbs may be dried in small hanged buckets.
